The Chenonceau is a mains cable from Absolue Créations, a power accessory intended for hi-fi systems where each component is connected to the domestic electrical network. It is neither an interconnect cable nor a speaker cable: its function is to carry current from the wall socket or distribution block to the unit, aiming to limit the influence of disturbances carried by the mains supply.
