Atacama Audition

Atacama's Audition range comprises speaker stands designed to raise and stabilise bookshelf or compact speakers, positioning them at optimal listening height within a hi-fi system.

Each stand features a laser-cut top plate measuring 360 mm by 225 mm, which can be oriented either way depending on the width or depth of the speaker to be accommodated: this reversibility allows the stand to suit wide, shallow speakers as well as deeper cabinets. The base consists of a 5 mm thick laser-cut carbon steel plate, fitted with eight adjustable 8 mm BZP floor spikes with stainless steel caps, providing stable and adjustable anchoring to the floor. High-load trapezoidal (HLT) isolation gel pads are built into the underside of the top plate to reduce vibration transmission between the speaker and the stand.

These stands are aimed at hi-fi enthusiasts wishing to optimise the placement of their bookshelf speakers in a living room or dedicated listening room, with a choice of heights to suit different seating and furniture configurations.
