Bluesound Node Nano

The Node Nano is a network streamer from Bluesound, designed to turn an existing stereo system or active speakers into a connected music streaming source. It simply connects to the existing setup and allows you to listen to streaming services or local audio files without going through a computer or a wired smartphone.

The device features an ESS Sabre ES9039Q2M DAC supporting playback up to 24-bit/192 kHz, along with a wide range of audio formats, from compressed MP3 to FLAC or uncompressed DSD, as well as MQA. This broad compatibility allows it to play both a library of classic files and a high-resolution stream from a streaming service, without conversion or quality loss related to the format. The connectivity combines stereo RCA output, optical output, coaxial output, a USB Host 2.0 port and a Gigabit Ethernet port, offering several ways to connect it to an amplifier or active speakers depending on the existing setup.

The Node Nano can work on its own or be paired with other Node Nano units or Bluesound wireless speakers, with multi-room control managed from the BluOS Controller app. It is therefore aimed at those who wish to modernise an existing stereo system, or build a scalable multiroom setup, without changing amplifier or speakers.
