What to check before buying used
On this True360 model, check that the two tweeters and the two passive radiators positioned around the 360° body are working properly, as distortion or a muted channel often points to a worn driver. Also test the actual battery life, which may have dropped noticeably from the advertised 24 hours on older units. Bluetooth 4.0, more limited in range and stability than more recent versions, is worth testing for pairing before purchase, as is the condition of the grille and casing, which are exposed to knocks on a portable speaker.
