The WB3 are wall mounts by Bose, specifically designed to hold the 301® series IV or 201® series IV DIRECT/REFLECTING speakers. They allow these speakers to be fixed directly to the wall rather than placed on a piece of furniture or a floor stand.
This mount meets a specific compatibility requirement: it is intended solely for the series IV versions of these two Bose speaker models. The 301® or 201® speakers from series I, II or III cannot be installed on these mounts, as the fixings are not designed for these earlier generations.
