Description
The Pearl Myuki is a portable spherical speaker from Cabasse, a nomadic variant of The Pearl range. Powered by a rechargeable battery, it produces mono sound by default, which can be converted to stereo by pairing with a second unit.
Its design is based on three drivers: two 12 cm midrange/woofer transducers with a honeycomb structure and a 4.5 cm Dom tweeter for the midrange and treble. This architecture covers a frequency response of 30 Hz to 23 kHz, for a total power output of 141 W split into 2 x 38 W and 1 x 65 W. Sound level reaches 99 dB in mono and up to 109 dB peak in stereo configuration. Connectivity combines Bluetooth, Wifi and AirPlay 2, complemented by an optical input, a 3.5 mm jack port, an Ethernet and a USB-C, as well as six touch buttons to control source, playback and volume directly on the unit.
