Description
The Current Conductor L C13 is a shielded mains power cable intended for audio systems, fitted with a C13 connector to connect amplifiers, players or other hi-fi equipment to the electrical mains.
Its shielding is designed to contain the electromagnetic field generated by the fluctuating current within the cord itself, so that it does not reach nearby interconnect cables. This is particularly important for links carrying low-level signals to equipment with high input resistance, as these are more exposed to ambient electromagnetic interference.
This cable is aimed at users wishing to limit electromagnetic disturbances in their audio setup, particularly where several mains and interconnect cables are located close to one another.
