Description
The Clearaudio Concept Pack Edition is a variant limited to 250 units of the Concept turntable, manufactured in Germany. It combines a specific finish with material features reinforced compared to the standard model.
The chassis features a top insert plate made of artificial stone with a special coating, which improves the rigidity of the assembly and adds a bit of mass, both of which are favourable to playback stability. The chassis itself is lacquered in a special white finish unique to this edition. The tonearm rests on a friction-free magnetic bearing, a design that limits mechanical losses at the pivot point. The turntable is delivered pre-set at the workshop, including cartridge tracking force and anti-skating.
Two fitted versions are offered: the Pack Edition SILVER pairs an ARTIST MM cartridge with a Satisfy Kardan tonearm, while the Pack Edition GOLD is fitted with a JUBILEE MM cartridge with the same Satisfy Kardan tonearm.
This model is aimed at vinyl enthusiasts seeking a high-end turntable with a distinctive design, ready to use without prior adjustment, in a numbered series intended to last.

What to check before buying used
On a turntable of this design, the point to check first is the friction-free magnetic bearing tonearm: verify that it pivots freely and without abnormal play. Also check the condition of the originally fitted cartridge (ARTIST MM or JUBILEE MM depending on the version) and its alignment, as well as whether the factory-set tracking force and anti-skating settings have been preserved. The top plate made of artificial stone and the white lacquer of the chassis should be inspected for any chips or marks, as the finish is unique to this limited edition.
