SSC Netpoint
SSC Netpoint decoupling spikes for hi-fi electronics, available in three versions depending on the type of top plate.
Description
The SSC Netpoint series comprises decoupling spikes designed to isolate audio electronics from mechanical vibrations. It is based on a decoupling system unique to SSC, common to all three references in the range.
The Netpoint 100, 200 and 300 models share an identical base and differ only in their top plate. The Netpoint 100 features a felt plate, designed to directly receive electronic equipment. The Netpoint 200 incorporates a central thread and comes with a screw adapter compatible with M4, M6 and M8, allowing it to be fitted according to the thread pitch of the equipment to be decoupled. The Netpoint 300 ends in a counter-spike, designed to accommodate decoupling spikes.
This series is aimed at hi-fi enthusiasts wishing to refine the vibrational behaviour of their electronics, whether an amplifier, a player or any other device sensitive to resonance. The choice between the three versions depends mainly on the fixing method or the type of device to be installed on it.

What to check before buying used
The base of the three models generally shows no wear issues, but a visual check of the top plate is advisable: the felt on the Netpoint 100 may be compressed, stained or coming away, while the central thread of the Netpoint 200 should be checked with the supplied M4/M6/M8 adapter to ensure no thread is damaged. On the Netpoint 300, examine the tip of the counter-spike: a blunted or slightly deformed tip reduces the effectiveness of the point coupling sought. Finally, check that the item matches the stated reference, as the three top plates are not interchangeable.
