Dali Gardian OW6

The Gardian OW6 is an in-wall/in-ceiling speaker designed specifically for outdoor installation, sold in pairs. It relies on a two-way coaxial configuration, combining a 25 mm soft dome tweeter and a 12.7 cm midrange-woofer at a single point source, complemented by two oval-shaped passive radiators that reinforce bass reproduction without requiring a traditional port.

The midrange-woofer diaphragm is made of polypropylene, a material valued for its light weight and resistance to moisture, a sensible choice for outdoor use. The crossover frequency is set at 2,700 Hz, determining the point at which the tweeter takes over from the midrange-woofer across the sound spectrum. The frequency response extends from 47 Hz to 25 kHz (+/- 3 dB), with a sensitivity of 84 dB and a nominal impedance of 6 ohms; maximum sound pressure reaches 103 dB. The speaker accepts a recommended amplification power of between 50 and 200 watts, allowing it to be paired with moderately powered amplifiers as well as more generous configurations.

IP67 certification ensures protection against dust and water splashes, allowing use in areas exposed to the elements throughout the year. Mounting is carried out via a Click 'n' Connect bracket, designed to simplify installation even in awkward access configurations.
