Dali Oberon 3

The Dali Oberon 3 is a compact bookshelf speaker designed to deliver sound reproduction close to that of a floorstanding speaker, while fitting into smaller spaces. It can be placed on stands or on furniture, in a stereo system or a home cinema setup.

The speaker pairs an ultra-lightweight 29 mm soft dome tweeter with a 7-inch woofer featuring a paper pulp cone reinforced with wood fibres. This woofer relies on a low-loss suspension and a die-cast aluminium basket, two elements that contribute to accurate reproduction of micro-detail. The woofer's motor also incorporates Dali's patented SMC system, which reduces mechanical distortion and therefore third-order distortion, resulting in a more natural midrange even at low volumes.

The crossover frequency sits at 2.4 kHz, with a bass-reflex tuning of 49 Hz. The frequency response ranges from 47 Hz to 26 kHz, with a sensitivity of 87 dB (1 W / 1 m) and a nominal impedance of 6 ohms. The maximum sound pressure level reaches 108 dB, and the speaker accepts amplification between 30 W and 150 W.
