Dali Rubicon 6C + Sound HUB + NPM2I

The Rubicon 6C is an active floorstanding speaker from Dali, designed to integrate amplification directly into the cabinet and do away with separate electronics. Sold here with its Sound Hub and an NPM2I module, it forms a system ready to receive wired or streaming sources, without complex cabling between speakers and amplifier.

Each speaker houses two Class D amplifiers of 250 W each, paired with a hybrid ribbon tweeter and two 6½-inch woofers arranged in a 3-way Bass-reflex configuration. Frequency response extends from 37 Hz to 30 kHz, with a maximum sound level of 110 dB, allowing dynamic listening on dense orchestral passages as well as bass-heavy film scenes. Filtering relies on a 24-bit hybrid DSP combined with passive analogue filtering, with crossover frequencies at 800 Hz, 2.6 kHz and 14 kHz, and a Bass-reflex tuning around 36.5 Hz. Digital-to-analogue conversion is handled by a Burr Brown PCM1796 DAC on balanced output, and the wireless link relies on an HD audio receiver operating at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with WiFi streaming up to 24-bit / 96 kHz via the Dali Sound Hub.

This system is aimed at listeners who want a high-end stereo setup without multiplying electronic components: a living room where there is no space for a separate amplifier, a room dedicated to picture and sound seeking a compact solution, or a user favouring network streaming over multiple wired connections.
