The Dali Spektor 2 is a two-way bass-reflex bookshelf speaker, designed to fit into either a compact stereo system or a home cinema setup. Its size allows for placement on a cabinet or stand in medium-sized rooms.
It features a 13 cm woofer/midrange driver and a 2.5 cm soft dome tweeter. The driver cone is made of low-mass paper reinforced with wood fibres, a structure whose irregular surface limits self-resonance and promotes accurate detail reproduction. The frequency response extends from 51.5 Hz to 26 kHz, with a crossover frequency of 2.6 kHz between the two drivers. The sensitivity of 84.5 dB /1W/1m and a nominal impedance of 6 ohms allow pairing with amplifiers from 25 W to 100 W, with a stated power handling of 100 W and a maximum sound level of 105 dB.
