The Nikita 3.0 are bookshelf speakers designed by the French manufacturer Davis. They aim for an open, natural reproduction capable of rivalling floorstanding speakers in terms of sound immersion, while retaining the compact format typical of bookshelf speakers.
The technical design is built around the 20TK8 driver, used here across a particularly wide bandwidth, paired with a recently designed double-decompression tweeter. The crossover uses Mundorf components, the terminals are made by WBT, and the internal wiring is entrusted to the high-end French manufacturer Esprit. This choice of components is intended to ensure neutral reproduction across the full spectrum.
The Nikita 3.0 are supplied with dedicated stands, specifically designed for this model to a particular specification. These stands can be filled with sand, bringing the total weight of the set to around 45 kg, with the aim of stabilising playback and limiting unwanted vibrations.
