Description
The FS 507 VX-JET is a floorstanding speaker from ELAC, designed for Hi-Fi reproduction in stereo or high-end home cinema configurations. It stands out through the integration of the JET tweeter, the brand's emblematic technology, in a mobile version named VX-JET.
The distinctive feature of this model lies in a mechanism located at the rear of the speaker, allowing the tweeter and midrange driver assembly to be moved along a travel of up to 8 mm. Also inspect the cabinetwork (veneer, edges, speaker plinths) and the woofer surrounds, which can harden or crack with age. Checking the crossover connections at the rear completes the inspection.
