Description
The F704 is a Hi-Fi floorstanding speaker manufactured in the United Kingdom by Fyne Audio, designed as the flagship model in its range. It is installed as the main speaker of a stereo system and is aimed at listening setups where dynamics and spatial precision are paramount.

What to check before buying used
On a speaker of this size, attention should first be paid to the condition of the FyneFlute suspensions on both 300 mm drivers: they should remain supple, with no cracking or sagging. Also check the integrity of the tweeter's titanium compression dome, which can be sensitive to impacts, as well as the absence of play or unwanted noise at the trigger port and BassTrax diffuser located beneath the cabinet. Checking the finish (piano lacquer or veneer) also helps identify any marks resulting from transport or handling, given the weight of the speaker.
