Description
The T8 is an audiophile network transport from Eversolo, designed to serve as a central digital source in a hi-fi system. It handles playback and streaming of dematerialised music by interfacing with the main online services and network protocols, without requiring any third-party application thanks to built-in native APIs.
Its power supply relies on a custom-made 4N oxygen-free copper toroidal transformer, paired with Teflon-insulated internal wiring: this design aims to limit electrical noise and stabilise current flow, with a stated noise level as low as 30 μV. The T8 also features a high-precision clock system, whose timing stability contributes to the fidelity of digital signal reproduction. On the format side, it supports DSD up to DSD512 as well as PCM up to 768 kHz/32 bit, in addition to FLAC, APE and WAV files. Finally, it has a dual internal bay that can accommodate SSDs up to 16 TB (2 x 8 TB), for storing a music library directly within the unit.

What to check before buying used
