Focal 100 OD6

The 100 OD6 is a floorstanding speaker from Focal, specifically designed for outdoor installation. It allows quality sound to be diffused on a terrace, in a garden or any other space exposed to the elements, where a conventional indoor speaker could not be used durably.

Its cabinet is made from high-density polypropylene, a material chosen for its damping qualities and UV resistance, which limits the ageing of the plastic under prolonged sun exposure. The speaker also benefits from IP66 certification, an international protection rating that attests to a high level of watertightness and dust resistance, a guarantee of reliability in demanding weather conditions.

It incorporates the acoustic technologies developed by Focal, applied here to outdoor use in order to preserve faithful sound reproduction despite the open environment. Installation is made easier by a mounting bracket and a 180-degree rotation system, which allows the sound projection to be easily oriented towards the desired listening area.

The grille and cabinet are available in black finish or in a paintable white finish, allowing the speaker to be adapted to different outdoor decor styles.
