Description
The Focal Cub 2 is an active subwoofer designed to complement an existing stereo installation or home cinema system. What to check before buying used
The BASH amplification module must start up without any parasitic noise or unexpected cutouts, a telltale sign of ageing internal electronic components. The profiled port of the MDF cabinet must show no cracks or detachment that could affect bass performance. It is also worth checking that the crossover frequency and phase controls work properly, as their potentiometers can become imprecise or crackly with use.
