Description
This cartridge delivers an output level of 5 mV at 1 kHz for a recording velocity of 5 cm/s, with a frequency response extending from 10 Hz to 50,000 Hz. The recommended load impedance is 47 kohms, while channel separation reaches 30 dB at 1 kHz. It requires a tracking force of 1.5 g, with an acceptable range between 1.0 and 2.0 g. Electrically, it features an inductance of 45 mH, a resistance of 475 ohms and a compliance of 20 mm/N.
The mounting follows the 1/2 inch standard and the system operates on the moving magnet (MM) principle. The stylus is elliptical cut diamond, mounted on a three-piece cantilever derived from OTL technology. The coil winding uses OFC copper.
