The Nota 550X is a floorstanding speaker from Indiana Line, designed for a stereo or home cinema installation in a living space. What to check before buying used
When buying used, it is advisable to check the condition of the surrounds on both 135 mm drivers as well as the tweeter dome, as these foam or fabric elements can harden or tear over time. Checking the bass-reflex port at the rear of the cabinet is also recommended, as is listening at moderate then high volume to detect any distortion or unwanted noise linked to the ageing of the diaphragms or crossover filter.
