ISO Acoustics GAIA I

GAIA I is a set of decoupling feet designed by IsoAcoustics to be placed under floorstanding speakers. It is an acoustic optimisation accessory, intended to replace the original spikes or pads in order to improve the interface between the speaker and its support surface.

The structure is made of machined stainless steel, with a dark chrome finish. The mechanism is based on IsoAcoustics' patented design principles, which aim to isolate the speaker from vibrations while resisting lateral movement and oscillation. This resistance to displacement helps maintain the speaker's alignment with the listening position, an important point when the stereo imaging needs to remain stable over time.

By dampening the internal reflections generated by direct contact between the speaker and a hard surface, GAIA I helps reduce parasitic resonances transmitted to the furniture or floor. The aim is increased sound clarity and a better opening of the soundstage, compared to conventional rigid coupling.

GAIA I is designed for a wide variety of floorstanding speakers, with a maximum load capacity of 100 kg per foot. This sizing makes it suitable for both compact speakers and larger floorstanders, within this load limit.
