Just Racks JR 80 BG

The JR 80 BG from Just Racks is an audio-video furniture unit designed to bring together the television and its accompanying equipment in a single piece. Its distinctive feature lies in the integrated support column: the flat screen is no longer placed on the top or fixed to the wall, but held by the unit itself, vertically aligned with the shelves.

This support accepts a screen of 32 inches diagonal, up to a limit of 50 kg. This load reserve leaves a comfortable margin over the weight of a television of this size and allows for a future replacement without changing the unit. Fixing via the unit offers another practical advantage: it does away with the need to drill into the wall, which suits light partitions or homes where wall work is not possible.

Two glass shelves 8 mm thick complete the set. This thickness, noticeably greater than that of simple decorative glass, corresponds to a storage surface capable of holding heavy equipment: audio-video amplifier, player, console or box. The glass also has the advantage of letting infrared remote control signals pass through and not trapping the heat given off by the electronics, unlike a closed cabinet. Two levels allow sources to be separated from the amplification.

The Black glass finish, in black glass, matches the front panels of audio-video electronics and remains discreet behind the screen. The unit is aimed at anyone installing a home cinema or stereo system in a living room, looking for an integrated solution rather than a separate wall mount, and wanting a visually cohesive set. It is supplied bare, with no electronic equipment included.
