Description
The Magnat Quantum 757 is a floorstanding speaker belonging to the Quantum 750 series, designed as the most compact model in this range. It is a speaker intended for use in a hi-fi or home cinema setup, with a multi-braced cabinet and a 45 mm front baffle designed to limit unwanted cabinet resonance.
The speaker features two 170 mm midrange/woofer drivers, fitted with an aluminium/ceramic diaphragm mounted in an aluminium die-cast cone. This combination aims to provide good mechanical stability for the diaphragm and a controlled transition to the tweeter, an F-Max type fabric dome with a Dual-Compound diaphragm. The contrasting high-gloss rear plate helps hold the assembly together.
In terms of design, the Quantum 757 stands out with surfaces alternating between high-gloss and satin finishes, with particular attention paid to paint quality. It is available in three colours: black, white and black-mocha.
