The 2nd generation LIRIC represents a new chapter in our quest for evolution, with a refined new sound profile, removable magnetic earpads, sublime Macassar ebony earcups and one of our premium hand-braided copper cables.
Macassar ebony adorns the earcups, a true invitation to connect with what only Mother Nature can provide. Merging form and functionality, the earpads have been redesigned for simplified maintenance, now adopting a magnetic coupling to the headphones.
In a spirit of natural evolution, the LIRIC joins the Meze Audio product family fitted with removable magnetic earpads. This design choice ultimately results in increased reliability and ease of maintenance, characteristics that audiophiles and music lovers around the world have grown accustomed to.
Our Premium hand-braided copper cable is now standard equipment on LIRIC. Our efforts have focused on improving the listening experience, offering a Premium Balanced 4.4 mm cable suited to most audiophile portable players, as well as a flexible 3 m TPE cable with a 3.5 mm jack plug, ideal for home headphone systems.
