Mission 700

The Mission 700 is a two-way, Bass Reflex bookshelf speaker, designed for stand mounting. It pairs a 6.5-inch (165 mm) woofer/midrange with a mineral-loaded polypropylene cone and a 1.25-inch (28 mm) soft dome tweeter, with a crossover frequency set at 3 kHz.

The woofer has been developed with a model-specific motor system, a rigid moulded chassis and a low-density surround, with the aim of achieving precise cone termination and a fast dynamic response. The bass reflex port, profiled both internally and externally, allows for a bass extension rated down to 38 Hz (-6 dB), for an overall frequency response of 45 Hz to 20 kHz (-3 dB). The sensitivity of 86 dB (2.83 V at 1 m) and the nominal impedance of 8 ohms (minimum 5.2 ohms) place this speaker within a recommended amplification range of 25 to 150 W, with a maximum SPL of 106 dB.
