Description
The C 700 V2 is a network streaming amplifier from NAD, integrating both the amplification stage and audio streaming functions via the BluOS platform. It allows speakers to be connected directly and music playback to be controlled from an app on a smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac, without going through a separate player or source.
The HybridDigital UcD output stage delivers 2x80 W RMS into 8 ohms and 2x100 W RMS into 4 ohms, with a total harmonic distortion (THD+N) below 0.04% across the entire 20 Hz - 20 kHz band and a signal-to-noise ratio above 84 dB, reflecting clean operation even under variable load. The damping factor above 90 (into 8 ohms) supports precise control of the speakers, while the frequency response of ±0.18 dB between 20 Hz and 20 kHz and channel separation (>93 dB at 1 kHz, >72 dB at 10 kHz) indicate faithful stereo reproduction. The ESS Sabre ES9028 digital-to-analogue converter provides a dedicated conversion stage for digital signal precision.

What to check before buying used
