Description
The Across 750 V2 is a RCA interconnect cable from Oyaide, designed to connect two components of a hi-fi system such as a source and an amplifier. It was developed in response to user demand for an interconnect cable capable of rivalling the brand's Across 2000 speaker cable, from which it inherits its core principles.
This cable indeed features the C.I.S. construction as well as PCOCC-A copper conductors, the same technical basis used on the Across 2000. These elements have been adapted to create a fully-fledged interconnect cable, distinct from the speaker cable that inspired it. The cable jacket is also halogen-free.
The Across 750 V2 is aimed at hi-fi enthusiasts looking for a carefully engineered RCA connecting cable to complete an already equipped system, or to pair with an Across 2000 speaker cable, with which it shares the same construction philosophy.

What to check before buying used
The RCA connectors deserve careful inspection: scratched plating or a loose ring can impair contact and cause interference. The jacket should also be checked along its entire length for any nick or marked kink that would indicate storage coiled too tightly. A continuity test and listening on both channels will finally confirm that the shielding has not deteriorated over time.
