Sonoro Easy

The Sonoro Easy is a compact radio designed for nomadic use around the home: kitchen, terrace, bedroom or workshop. It receives digital FM and DAB+ radio and also connects via Bluetooth to stream music from a smartphone. Its wooden casing, available in a glossy lacquered finish or a natural walnut grain, features rounded shapes with subtle retro charm.

The unit runs on mains power as well as AA/LR6 alkaline batteries or rechargeable Ni-MH batteries, allowing it to be moved around without relying on a power socket. The 3-inch full-range speaker is paired with a bass-reflex tube and an equaliser function to adjust bass and treble. A USB port delivers a 5V/1A charge to recharge a smartphone directly from the unit, whilst a 3.5 mm AUX jack input allows a wired source to be connected. Five radio stations can be saved as favourites with direct access, and a 75 ohm external FM/DAB/DAB+ aerial completes reception. At the rear, an LED light serves as a night light, useful in a hallway or child's bedroom, with its own switch and display on the unit. The dimmable digital display shows the time and date, remains legible in all lighting conditions, and controls an alarm function with snooze as well as a sleep timer adjustable from 5 to 120 minutes.
