Sonus faber Serafino G2

The Serafino G2 is a 3.5-way floorstanding speaker designed by Sonus faber, part of the Homage Tradition collection. This range revisits the historic heritage of the Italian brand through a fully reworked reissue of the iconic Amati, Guarneri and Vox models, now joined by the Serafino. Its name pays tribute to Santo Serafino, an 18th-century Italian luthier, in keeping with the house's tradition of associating each of its creations with a master luthier.

The collection retains Sonus faber's characteristic lute shape, while evolving its design towards finishes inspired by luxury Italian boats. In terms of acoustic design, the Serafino features lightweight woofers built with a sandwich cone structure, designed to combine rigidity with low mass. The midrange driver, meanwhile, relies on a 150 mm neodymium magnet system, designed to offer dynamism and linearity across this part of the sound spectrum.
