Harmonic Resolution Systems Nimbus Coupleur

The Nimbus Coupleur is a decoupling foot from Harmonic Resolution Systems, designed to slide beneath an audio component to isolate its chassis from vibrations. It forms the basic building block of a modular system: it can be used on its own, or combined with a Nimbus spacer when the configuration calls for additional height beneath the unit.

Its construction combines two materials with complementary roles: aerospace-grade aluminium machined from solid stock, which provides mass and rigidity, and a polymer developed by the brand, responsible for damping. The balance between these three parameters aims to convert residual vibrational energy in the chassis into heat rather than allowing it to propagate through the unit. With a diameter of 8.6 cm, the contact surface remains wide and stable beneath a component of typical size.

Three spacer heights complement the coupler, NS 30 at 0.80 cm, NS 80 at 2 cm and NS 130 at 3.3 cm, allowing ground clearance to be adjusted according to the unit's dimensions or ventilation requirements.
