The Magnum Dynalab MD-90 is an analogue FM tuner, designed as the successor to the FT-101A, a model recognised for its sensitivity and selectivity. It is a device dedicated to receiving FM stations, intended to be integrated into a hi-fi system for the reproduction of analogue radio.
The MD-90 is based on an analogue design combined with digital signal processing technology (referred to as TOR in the original documentation). A check of the FM antenna cable and its connector is also recommended, as well as the condition of the power supply capacitors, which are prone to ageing on this type of device.
