The R-N2000A is an integrated network receiver from Yamaha, designed to bring together stereo amplification and the full range of modern digital sources in a single unit. What to check before buying used
On this network amplifier, first test the volume and balance potentiometers: crackling when moving the control indicates worn resistive tracks. Also check the protection relays and their ability to hold up under a 4 Ω load, the WiFi/Bluetooth modules (firmware update, stable pairing) and the operation of the MM phono input. Checking the power supply capacitors is recommended on an older unit.
