The RX-A6A is an audio-video receiver from Yamaha fitted with 9.2 amplified channels, designed to drive a complete multichannel home cinema installation. It handles both speaker amplification and video and audio source switching, with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X formats for immersive sound reproduction.
The stated power output is 150 W per channel into 8 ohms in a two-channel configuration, and 220 W on a single channel under the JEITA standard into 8 ohms. On the video side, the unit offers HDMI pass-through compatible with 8K/60 Hz and 4K/120 Hz, allowing recent sources to pass through without signal degradation to the destination screen.
