Description
The Real Cable CA Reflex is a stereo RCA interconnect cable designed to connect analogue audio sources, built to transmit the signal with as little alteration as possible between two hi-fi components.
Its conductors are made of certified OFC copper, a high-purity copper that promotes faithful signal transmission. The cable features triple protection: an external anti-vibration nylon braid, a high-density earth braid and an aluminium foil shield, complemented by internal polyethylene insulation limiting capacitive effect. Ferrites are fitted at each end to reduce interference from surrounding electromagnetic fields.
The RCA plugs are Monoblock type, TwistLock model, Rhodium-plated and hand-soldered with silver. Rhodium provides good resistance to corrosion, a useful feature for contact durability and connection stability over time.

What to check before buying used
On this Monoblock TwistLock cable, check that the locking system engages properly on the RCA sockets of the source and amplifier: a worn mechanism loses firmness and can cause noise or dropouts. Also inspect the condition of the ferrites at each end, which should remain firmly fixed to the sheath, as well as the external nylon braid for any signs of crushing or excessive bending. The silver solder joints at the Rhodium plugs are worth a visual check, as a weakened solder point can lead to signal loss on a single channel.
