Description
The Reloop Turn 7 is a belt-drive turntable designed for demanding audiophile listening. It incorporates a built-in phono preamplifier as well as a USB output for digitising vinyl records, and offers a PHONO/LINE output with switching between the two signals.
The 20 mm thick acrylic platter, driven by an external flat belt connected to a decentralised DC motor, offers good antistatic properties allowing listening without a platter mat. The carbon tonearm limits parasitic vibrations and features height adjustment (VTA) as well as anti-skating, for precise groove tracking. The turntable runs at 33 1/3 and 45 RPM, with wow and flutter of 0.2% WRMS and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 45 dB. The universal SME headshell connection makes it easy to change the cartridge system.

What to check before buying used
On this turntable, the Ortofon 2M Red cartridge should be checked: condition of the elliptical stylus, absence of visible wear, and secure fit in the SME headshell.
