The Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2 is an all-in-one audio system combining a CD player, amplification and integrated speakers in a single unit. Designed for a compact setup, it brings together functions usually spread across several devices: source, amplification and sound reproduction.
The system is built around a 3.1 configuration with two 8 cm woofers, two 2 cm dome tweeters and an integrated 12 cm cone-type subwoofer, driven by three JENO Engine digital amplifiers. The stated power output is 2x30 W into 6 Ω for the stereo channels and 40 W into 4 Ω for the subwoofer, enough to fill a medium-sized room without an additional amplifier. The DAC handles streams up to 192 kHz / 24 bit, and the high-resolution remastering function applies to CD audio playback. LAPC technology adjusts phase according to the acoustic load, while Space Tune calibrates the sound according to the characteristics of the listening room.
On the connectivity side, the unit includes a DAB/DAB+/FM tuner, Bluetooth (AAC and SBC codecs), Wifi with AirPlay 2 and Chromecast, as well as compatibility with streaming services such as TIDAL, Spotify and vTuner. The CD player supports CD-R and CD-RW discs. On the rear, there is a mini-jack AUX input, a digital optical input, a USB-A port and a headphone output.

What to check before buying used
