The Haydn Jubilee is a 2-way bookshelf speaker operating on a bass-reflex enclosure, designed by the Austrian manufacturer Vienna Acoustics. What to check before buying used
The driver suspension and the Spider-Cone X3P cone deserve a careful visual check: a crack or sagging in the woofer/midrange quickly results in a dull or distorted sound. Also check the tweeter dome, which is particularly sensitive to dents and fingerprints. Finally, inspect the cabinet and the bass-reflex ports: impacts, veneer chips or deformation of the duct can affect the enclosure's seal and therefore the bass response.
